Lillet Wild Berry

A refreshing, fruity summer aperitif that impresses with its combination of French wine-based aperitif, sparkling berry lemonade, and fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- Schweppes Wild Berry 100 ml
- Lillet Blanc 50 ml
- Mixed berries (fresh or frozen) 30 g
- Ice cubes 2-3 pieces
- Mint leaves to taste
Preparation

Thoroughly wash the mixed berries and let them drain in a sieve.

Pluck the mint leaves from the stems and rinse them briefly as well.

Pour the Lillet Blanc into a large wine glass.

Carefully top up the glass with the Schweppes Wild Berry.

Add the prepared berries and the ice cubes to the glass.

Garnish the drink with the mint leaves and serve immediately.
