Delete account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Tavolino account and its associated data.

How to request deletion

• Send an email to app.tavolino@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account”.
• Use the email address you signed in with (Google or Apple), or include your display name so we can identify your account.
• We will confirm receipt and delete your account within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Your profile (name, email address, user ID) and follower / following relationships
• Personal data backed up in the cloud: weekly plan, shopping list and your recipe backups
• Recipes, posts, ratings and photos you shared in the community, as well as your favorites
• Registered device tokens for push notifications

What data may be retained

• Recipes that other users already imported into their own collection remain as their copies.
• For technical and legal reasons, residual data in backups may persist for up to 90 days before being permanently removed.

Local data on your device

Recipes and settings stored only locally on your device are not affected by account deletion. To remove them, uninstall the app from your device.
